Soft shell crabs are a true example of something strange and yummy. When they're fried, they're crunchy and so good! They're also yummy sauteed. They are different from other crabs because their shell is so soft you can eat it, hence the name soft shell crabs.
Often you can find soft shell crabs in fancy restaurants or in sushi. A famous sushi roll containing this crab is a Spider Roll, which I find remarkably yummy!
