Oysters.

Oysters are truly strange and yummy to some.  They are juicy and slimy, but with a little bit of lemon, the taste is AMAZING!  These sea mollusks are often considered strange because of their interesting shells, and the fact that they are often expensive, however if you like the taste, they are yummy beyond belief!

Oysters are known for producing pearls, and get their fame from this.  They are served baked, grilled, and raw.  Ways to cook them include Oysters Rockefeller, or raw on ice with cocktail sauce and a lemon!
